Open Call! Seeking Ambient or Interactive Performances and Installations
chashama is looking for individual artists as well as organizations and groups that are interested in engaging 800+ guests at our annual fundraiser taking place on June 8, 2016, 6-9:30pm.
Artists will have the opportunity to truly transform guests – using a large space to be creative, challenging and unexpected.
Artists can be stationary or interact with guests by walking throughout our venue – the 4th Floor of 4 Times Square, which includes the former Conde Nast lunchroom designed by Frank Gehry.
Artist must be able to commit to the hours 5pm-9:30pm plus additional rehearsal and orientation sessions as necessary.
The walls of the venue will be fully covered in art and we encourage innovative installation ideas.
Selected artists will be compensated.
