MANAGER OF PERFORMING & VISUAL ARTS


The Performing & Visual Arts Manager will serve as the primary coordinator of Casita Maria’s visual and performing arts programming. Reporting to the Director of Performing and Visual Arts, s/he will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall visual, performing, and literary arts events and education public programming logistics.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a real sense of responsibility and urgency as well as superior interpersonal skills and excellent follow-through. S/he must have the ability to meet deadlines and be adept at managing a multitude of details. S/he will be a dynamic self-starter who will help lead Casita Maria to the next stage in its development of arts programming.

MARKETING & OUTREACH COORDINATOR



The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator will serve as the primary coordinator of Casita Maria’s marketing and outreach. Reporting to the Director of Performing and Visual Arts, s/he will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall programmatic marketing logistics of Casita Maria. S/he will work with all arts, education and development staff for outreach to families, parents, school partners, and the community at large in order to develop long-term relationships and participation in Casita’s arts programs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a real sense of responsibility and urgency as well as superior interpersonal skills and excellent follow-through. S/he must have the ability to meet deadlines and be adept at managing a multitude of details. S/he will be a dynamic self-starter who will help lead Casita Maria to the next stage in its development of arts programming and community engagement.
